Project Workflow
If you choose to work with me, this workflow gives you a general idea of what the process usually looks like, from start to finish. Please note that each working process may look different.
Initial discussion
Once you submit an inquiry or email me about your project, providing preliminary information such as desired service, word count, genre, and timeline,
We’ll talk via email to discuss the details of your project and your goals.
You’ll receive a custom proposal for the project so you know what to expect.
Booking services
Once you decide you’d like to move forward and the project details have been confirmed,
You’ll review the project terms and conditions (which serve as our contract) and confirm agreement.
You’ll pay a deposit to reserve your project slot in my schedule.
Project start
Once the project start date nears,
We’ll confirm that everything is on track to start on time.
You’ll send me the latest draft of your manuscript (and world-building notes if available) by the agreed date.
Your project will start on the agreed date, and you can send any questions you have as they come up.
Project submission/final payment
Once the project is completed,
You’ll receive an invoice for final payment.
Once the invoice has been paid, you’ll receive the deliverables discussed.
You’ll be able to ask follow-up questions once you review the changes or comments.
